Eligibility

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, that person must approve your use and any purchase.

The service

The app helps a host prepare and keep track of in-person or online Mafia games. Depending on the features available, it provides accounts, lobbies, synchronised game state, role information, game flow, timers, votes, results, history and related settings. It does not replace the host's judgement and does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app and website for lawful purposes, subject to the rules of the store from which you obtained the app.

• Do not copy, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit the app or its content without permission.
• Do not bypass purchase controls, interfere with the service, introduce harmful code or use it unlawfully.
• Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

Accounts and game data

Offline games, optional player names and history are stored on your device. If you create an account or use an online game, the information needed to authenticate you and synchronise that session is processed in the cloud. Keep credentials and session codes secure, use nicknames where possible, and delete information you no longer need. You may request account deletion at korodipio@gmail.com and through in-app controls where available.

Online games and participant content

Information you enter into an online session may be visible to the host and relevant participants. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or unnecessary personal content. If you enter information about another person, you must have a lawful reason and provide any notice or permission required. We may remove content or restrict an account or session to protect users or the service.

Mafia Pass subscriptions

• Mafia Pass unlocks the subscription features shown in the app, including support for larger games. The free and subscribed player limits are displayed before purchase.
• The store purchase screen shows the current price, billing period, any trial and the exact renewal terms. Those store terms form part of your purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through App Store or Google Play before the store's renewal deadline. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Trials, refunds, billing and price changes are handled by the store under its rules and applicable law.
• Use Restore Purchases when available to recover an eligible purchase. Subscription access may require an internet connection for verification.

Third-party services

Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat and Google Firebase Hosting provide store, subscription and hosting functions. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

Advertising and telemetry

Free access may include advertising where shown in the app. Consent choices presented in the app apply to personalised advertising, tracking, optional analytics and linking telemetry to an account. Essential pseudonymous diagnostics and security events may still be processed to operate and protect the service. You can change available privacy choices at any time.

Ownership

The app, website, visual design, text, role artwork and other supplied content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. The traditional Mafia game concept and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service accurate and available but may fix, change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for serious misuse or legal reasons. If we materially change these Terms, we will publish a new version and date. Changes do not remove rights already earned under a paid period or mandatory law.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections granted by the law of your country.
